Since March 22nd, as agreed with clients, all work suspended following lockdown due to Covid-19.

Work continued in Attleborough and the following was completed:-

Utility room sink unit, worktop, skirting, architrave and loft hatch.

En suite door & stops fitted, back wall of shower boarded, shower tray fitted, also units, worktop, sink and both wall & floor tiles.

Dressing Room built in wardrobe framework, plastering & fitting out of built in wardrobes complete.

Bedroom built in wardrobe framework formed and boarded.

Kitchen/Lounge the existing serving hatch removed and an opening formed between the rooms.

Covid-19

Following the outbreak of Coronavirus and government advice, it was decided that work should be suspended until further notice.

A lot of work has been completed in a very busy February. 

At Croft Green, Attleborough:-

Kitchen: ceiling boarded, plastered, spot lights fitted, painted, new sink unit and worktop fitted.

Hall: ceiling boarded, plastered, painted & spot lights fitted.

Office/Dressing Room: ceiling plastered, painted, spot lights fitted, frame work for built in wardrobes, window removed – opening formed, made good and plastered.

Bathroom: insulated, boarded, plastered, floor screed laid.

Bedroom: insulated, boarded, plastered, and frame work for built in wardrobes created.

Utility Room: floor screed laid, room painted & porch decorated.

 

The New Year started with plastering out the new dining room extension and porch at Croft Green, Attleborough.

The existing front door and frame were removed and replaced with internal studwork, lining and an internal door.

The final UPVC window was fitted.

The side extension was fitted with additional OSB sheets and insulation backing sheets before the fitting of all of the remaining brick slips.

Internal studwork was also fitted, first fix plumbing, electrics, insulation, and plasterboad to the utility room was completed, and plastering internally.

The kitchen and hallway ceilings were removed allowing all new electrics to get back to the fuse board, and all the plumbing required to move the existing boiler from the kitchen to the new utility room.

External and internal lights, sockets, and switches were also fitted.

The existing office doorway was moved over and the opening made good.

Work continued at a brisk pace out at Attleborough before a well earned Christmas and New Year holiday.

New white UPVC bargeboards, soffits, gutters, downpipes, windows, French and porch doors were fitted.

Surface water drains to the porch were extended.

The internal opening to the porch was cut through; lintel, lining and  internal door fitted.

The original kitchen wall, door and window were removed.

The dining room and porch are now ready for plastering in January. Brick slips have been fitted to all the external walls of the porch and dining room.
